Blue Diamond Capital LLC, founded in 2007 was created to manage the assets of Bingham Family Trust. Blue Diamond is a family office targeting a high quality investment return while providing the safety of a diversified portfolio.

Blue Diamond Capital actively invests and develops real estate in the following categories: Residential Development, Hospitality, Multifamily, Land Development, and Fuel/C‐Store Retail. The portfolio includes assets throughout the United States and western Canada. Blue Diamond also actively invests as a private equity investor across multiple industries in addition to early round tech investments.

2011 Investment. Edge Homes is now one of the top residential builders in Utah. Successful exit in 2017.

2009 Investment as part of bankruptcy restructuring. Sportsman’s Warehouse issued Initial Public Offering in April 2014 (SPWH). Sportsman’s Warehouse now operates over 60 stores in multiple states.

Partnership investments in over 30 hotels across the United States and Canada focused on Marriott and Hyatt franchises. Successful exit in 2017 from Jackson Hole SpringHIll Suites. Successful merger of 3 Salt Lake City based franchises with Blackstone Real Estate in 2018.

Successful exits from storage unit, office space, multifamily, and development investments achieving a return on invested capital from 2x to 20x.
